Pcl2pdf Licence and Price Enquiry

Pcl2pdf is available for licensing for internal company use only and for integration with systems for general resale and distribution. Depending on how you want to use the library the pricing and licensing terms will vary.

Our standard Licence Agreement is available on our web site.

If you want to use Pcl2pdf within your company or organization only then one or more Unix/Windows Server Licences may be appropriate (see 2.1.4 in the licence agreement), for example if you want to use Pcl2pdf on a web or application server. Please see our Pcl2pdf Products and Licensing page for full information. For special installations and circumstances we may also offer Site Licences (2.1.5) and Developer Licences (2.1.6). These could be applicable if you are a large organisation developing an application for general internal use only.
If you want to integrate and use Pcl2pdf within one or more of your applications for customer use or general resale and distribution then you should look at the section headed Developer Distribution Licence (2.1.7). For example, this would be applicable if you are developing an application that you want to market openly and need the functionality of one of our libraries perhaps for a specific module.

Generally where possible we ask for a one-time royalty free licence fee however we can sometimes arrange licences on a royalty basis. The licence fee asked for very much depends on the nature of your company, the applications you develop (and sell) and also the marketplace you're involved with. If you're in the United States or Canada we would arrange this using our US corporate business partner LBM Systems.

LBM Systems can also offer annual Technical Support and Software Update contracts for Pcl2pdf.
